Conference Information

Some of the speakers will be at both Conference A and B. We will also have some speakers that will be only at Conference A or only at Conference B. As we draw closer to the conference, we’ll have more details on which speakers are speaking at what time.

Yes, you can do that as long as one of the conferences doesn’t sell out before the change is requested. All campus switches must be completed by April 15, 2014.

Yes, you can. Simply call the phone number listed on your email confirmation (800.569.7108), and the customer service representative will assist you.

Childcare information will be available January 1, 2014.

 

Volunteer registration is currently unavailable. Volunteer opportunities will be posted at a later date.

Scholarships will be available beginning January 1, 2014. Stay tuned to the website for more information.

All tickets are transferrable. Tickets are fully refundable prior to April 15, 2014. After that date, no refunds will be processed.

Southlake Campus – Seats are assigned at the Southlake Campus. When you register for Pink Impact, you’ll also be able to choose the seat you’d like to sit in at the conference.

Frisco and North Fort Worth – Seats are general admission at the Frisco and North Fort Worth Campuses.

All rates are per person and entitle the participant to the entire conference. Day rates or partial rates are not available.

Southlake Campus – If you paid separately, you can call Brushfire with both you and your friends’ order numbers and they can move your seats next to each other. You can also coordinate with your friends ahead of time.

Frisco and North Fort Worth – Seats are general admission. You can save up to three seats, but you will need to release them 10–15 minutes before the sessions start if your friends haven’t arrived.

The format of the conferences will be similar; however, there will be some differences in the speaker lineup at each of the events. Continue to check back to see when speakers have been added.
