*All rates are per person and entitle the participant to the entire conference. Day rates or partial rates are not available.
Cancellation Policy
If you’re unable to attend, please notify Gateway Church in writing no later than 14 days before the event date. The registration fee is non-refundable after March 30, 2010.
Junior Agents-in-Training (Childcare)
Attention all moms: Pink Impact is offering expanded childcare for our participants during Operation Alpha (Conference A) ONLY. Register and pay for yourself first, and then register your children. Space is limited and will be available upon a first-to-register basis. There is not a fee for childcare; however, it’s only offered during Operation Alpha (Conference A). You will be required to pick up your children for lunch on Tuesday in order to give our childcare workers an opportunity for rest and refreshment. In addition, children must be picked up at a designated time at the end of each session, even if the session is running long. We anticipate that registration will only be available for a short period of time, so please register as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Scholarship Opportunities
Each year, we offer partial scholarships to a limited number of women based upon need and availability. If you or someone you know would like to attend Pink Impact but cannot due to financial restrictions, please invite them to submit a Scholarship Application for consideration. Scholarship applications will be accepted with a partial payment by check or cash for $30. If the scholarship is not granted, the funds will be returned to the applicant. If accepted, the money will be deposited at the time of acceptance. Submitting an application does not guarantee a scholarship; however, it does guarantee that it will be prayerfully considered. Scholarship Applications are due by March 14, 2010.
Only paper registrations with $30 partial fee will be accepted.
