When will registration open?

Registration opens March 30, 2019 at 12 pm.

How many seats will be available?

We will only have one live conference event at the Southlake Campus with 4,000 seats.

Are tickets refundable?

Yes, live event and watch party tickets are refundable until March 1, 2020 minus the $1.50 processing fee.

Can I volunteer and attend the Live Event in the main Auditorium?

There will be a Volunteer Watch Party available upstairs in one of the rooms. This is where volunteers can participate in Pink Impact in between their volunteer shifts. Volunteers will not have seats in the Auditorium.

Can I use someone else’s ticket if they aren’t going to use it?

Yes. All tickets are transferrable.

How can I sit with my friends?

You may save up to three seats when you arrive at the conference. You will be asked to release these seats 15 minutes before the start of each session so that all seats can be filled. The event will be at capacity, so we advise arriving together when the doors open.

Are group rates available?

No, there are no group rates available this year.

Do I need to book a hotel room?

Booking a hotel room is completely up to you based on your travel needs. If you prefer to stay near the venue, visit our hotel page for names of hotels close by.

Can I bring my infant?

Nursing mothers may bring infants. The nursing mother’s room will be reserved for nursing infants only. If you have a young child or toddler, we recommend you select the watch party option and either join a watch party or host one. We have found this option to be a great success for many moms of young children.

How can I bring Pink Impact to my home church?

Pink Impact is available via simulcast to any church across the world. To learn more about how your church can host the conference, fill out the Simulcast Interest Form.

How do I receive a scholarship?

There are no scholarships for the live event this year. However, you can participate in the Watch Party for only $29. The Watch Party link you’ll receive is for 1 to 12 people, so you could split the cost with your friends and watch together at someone’s home.

Will there be any special seating for ladies in wheelchairs?

Handicap-accessible seats are located in the Auditorium. Call Brushfire at 800.569.7108 to reserve those seats.

How do I become a sponsor?

Can I volunteer?

As a Gateway-hosted event, we would like for all our volunteers to be Gateway members. Volunteer positions are available for Gateway women, ages 16+, who are Gateway members. To learn more about serving with us, visit the Pink Impact Volunteer page.

I already have a ticket but want to change to a volunteer ticket. How do I do that?

Call Brushfire at 800.569.7108 with your original order number, and they can assign you to your volunteer team and process a refund for your ticket.

Will children’s ministry be available?

Children’s ministry is not available for the conference. Nursing mothers may bring infants to the event. The nursing mother’s room will be reserved for nursing infants only. Are seats assigned?

Seats are assigned by section, so you’ll have several seats to choose from within a designated section.

I can’t find my original confirmation email with my tickets. Can I have that sent again?

Call Brushfire at 800.569.7108 and let them know what happened. They will be able to locate your original order and resend it to you!

Can I buy a meal ticket?

Back by popular demand, you can pre-purchase a lunch on Friday at Pink Impact! This option will allow you to relax, chat with friends (new and old) and avoid the drive! We have a few options to choose from. Follow this link to purchase your meal. Meal Tickets can be purchased until March 19, 2020.
